Hi! My name is Deeana.
I am a User Experience and User Interface designer based in Toronto, Canada.
If you are looking for a designer with a fascination for psychology and sociology, combined with a passion for design and anything creative, you have reached the right place.
You can view my portfolio below, or learn a little more about me in my "about" section. If you are still intrigued, please hit the "contact me" button below. I hope to hear from you soon!
All About Me
My name is Deeana Rangasamy. I was born and raised on the small island of Mauritius, where we speak English, French and Creole, drink coconut water on beaches and climb mountains to exercise. I moved to Canada in 2013 to experience more of the world. I fell in love with the diversity, culture, people and sushi of Toronto.
I developed a fascination for psychology and sociology in my teens. I love observing and trying to understand how the human brain works. I have also always loved art and thrive where I can be creative.
My interest in pursuing design was very strong and I attended two design schools and completed three diplomas before I found UX and UI design which combines all of my passions. Today I can enjoy creating and designing while learning about human behaviour through user testing and research. Working with clients and their users is always a joy. The problem solving aspect of my work is a bonus that serves to always keep things fun and challenging.
But enough about me... I hope to hear from you!
